Answered My Own Question!

I'm on a roll! Thanks to Dr. Reeves comment to my post a couple posts, I have since answered the question I placed one post ago. I remembered that I needed to use only primary resources - which answered my previous question. Also, taking the suggestion of branching out - I have since opened new windows to different literature to review. I got so excited I started printing great articles to read! Well it's 9:00pm on a Saturday night and I'm now out of paper. But I had to share my excitement that I think I'm really onto something good for my upcoming assignment due next week.

Thank you Dr. Reeves for your helpful comment!

My new avenues in research:
1. video modeling for people using AAC
2. video modeling for people with disability
3. parents' reflection of AAC use in the home
4. MORE TO COME!

  2. Great Kristy! You are absolutely correct that if the source is simply a review of the literature then you should not include it in Assignment 2 (it doesn't mean you can't include it in your Dissertation; it's just not allowed in Assignment 2). Review articles, however, are great because they lead you to a NUMBER of primary sources; just take a look at the reference list and begin pulling the relevant sources).

Your new avenues for research look promising!! Keep up the great work!!
