Research Question

This is a question I have been working on with my dissertation chair and group.


Does online training (my website) and peer support (Facebook) for the parents of children with AAC using blog website and videos trainings (IV) produce significantly better results for their children using AAC as compared to online training without online peer support?

    Good Kristy. So everyone will receive the online training, but only one group will use Facebook?

      Dr. Reeves,
      As of right now - that is my thought.
      I will have links for useful resources, video blogs, Youtube videos I'll create plus ones I know are beneficial .. but I'm working on making them actually do it -- keep their interest to want to keep checking the page and getting the training.. maybe set up Skype nights where they can get help /questions answered directly by me .. not sure yet...

      The FB support group - that's my other part so parents can ask each other questions and get support from each other.
